Shipping policy

We utilize USPS &/or DHL for all shipments. I mail out Monday-Friday, typically 1-3 business days after the order is placed. 
Your order will NOT be shipped until your address is verified through the USPS system. You will be responsible for re-shipping charges if you fail to provide a correct USPS address.
IF the item is returned to us, only than will you receive a refund minus the shipping charge.  
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Lost or Stolen
If your package gets lost, contact us and the carrier to file a claim. Whether insurance covers lost or stolen packages depends on your checkout selection and what that particular carrier & insurance covers. We are not liable for stolen items. Once delivered, the service is typically not responsible for theft. If you purchased insurance, we may help file a claim or you can file with your homeowners insurance.
