Not happy

I was happy with everything else, I ordered five things in total but product number 1150. They were all misshapen or not even closed all the way, I only used half a strand and had to pick trough it a lot. very unsatisfied.

Unfortunately sometimes that is just the nature of Czech beads. They have a tendency to be less consistent in size. For a more consistent sized bead, we would suggest Japanese branded beads.
We will be issuing you a refund for the item.
